We offer delivery to home or office for custom print orders. Our standard terms are outlined below.
What are my delivery options?
You can have your order delivered right to your door or you can have it delivered to one of our 300+ Staples® retail stores where you can pick it up.

How long does delivery take?
Generally, the turnaround times for standard shipping is 7 to 10 business days from the time an order goes into production. Express shipping is 2-3 business days. There may be variances on delivery time depending on size of order and ship to location. Specialty products may have different delivery times.
What products can I have delivered?
We will deliver all products that you can order and pay for online. A few of our specialty products are available for pay and pick-up in store only.

How do I track my delivery order?
Please log in and go to "MY ACCOUNT" and track your order from your order history or "contact us" with your order number.
Can I specify a delivery date/time for my order?
We are unable to specify a particular time for your order to be delivered. If you need your order delivered by a particular day or time, then prior to placing your order, please Contact Us to discuss this with an associate.
What if my order arrives and it is defective?
If an order arrives defective, please Contact Us or visit your local store for assistance with a copy of your invoice.
Can I just pay the driver for my order?
All online orders must be pre-paid.
Will you deliver to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I place an order for delivery outside Canada?
We offer delivery only to addresses within Canada. If you’re in another country and you’d like to have your order delivered there, visit the appropriate site for Staples in the United States, across Europe and in Australia.
